Gourmetrestaurant Silberstreif in Südharz

In the Silberstreif restaurant, dishes are served on selected porcelain from the State Porcelain Manufactory MEISSEN. The uniqueness of this table and dining culture dates back to the “Wedding of the Century” of Crown Prince August II in 1719, when, for the first time in Europe, a banquet table was set entirely with porcelain. The porcelain from the MEISSEN manufactory highlights the artisanal precision of the cuisine. Particularly unique is the in-house MEISSEN service collection “Ritter von Kempski”, developed exclusively for the restaurant and integrated into the culinary experience.

Information before your stay:

No à la carte dishes are served. Instead, we offer a menu only, consisting of 5 to 7 courses.

Please note that your visit may take up to 4 hours.

Special dietary requirements such as veganism, histamine intolerance, paleo, flexitarianism, etc. cannot be accommodated.

Gluten and lactose intolerances must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

Children aged 14 and above may participate in the offered menu.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies, dogs are not permitted in the restaurant.

The reservation is binding.

Cancellations are possible up to 24 hours before the reservation date. In case of no-show, the price of the 5-course menu excluding drinks will be charged.
